How Corporate Memberships Work
To establish a corporate account, a minimum of five (5) employees must enroll as Primary Members.
Corporate Enrollment Fee
- $195.00 + tax
- Covers all five employees and any additional employees who join the corporate account within the first 30 days.
After the first 30 days:
Any current employee who joins the corporate account will be required to pay their own enrollment fee of $195.00 + tax, unless otherwise eligible under the special offer.
EVERY NEW CORPORATE MEMBER RECEIVES ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING AT NO ADDITIONAL COST:
After several weeks of consistent training, members can schedule a follow-up session to:
- Progress their workout program
- Refine technique
- Adjust exercises for continued results and safety
- Promote employee wellness and morale
- Increase productivity and reduce stress
- Offer a valuable benefit with minimal administrative effort
- Access a full-service fitness center with professional guidance
A private session with a fitness instructor designed to:
- Reintroduce safe and effective exercise habits
- Review equipment usage and proper technique
- Establish a basic conditioning routine tailored to individual
A comprehensive assessment conducted in our Human Performance Lab, measuring:
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Flexibility
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Body composition
Members receive a detailed report explaining results and improvement strategies.
