Exercise & Games for parents and kids, ages 5 and under. Free snack after class! Offered on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. (30 minutes).

S.H.A.K.E.
Kids will learn the fundamentals of exercise and the latest in aerobic games & fun. For kids ages 5 - 9. Free snack after class! Offered on Mondays & Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. (45 minutes).

YOUNG MEMBERS
Young members (ages 10 - 12) may go through our Young Member Orientation. This one-hour session is highly structured and intended to instruct young members on proper use of specifIc pieces of exercise equipment and weight machines. The young member must pass a test in order to use the exercise equipment, under the direct supervision of that child's own parent. Appointments can be made at the Front Desk. (The child's parent must accompany the child during the orientation session).
