Home daily workouts

Monday 4/6

  • 3 to 5 sets of 12 body squats
  • 3 to 5 sets of 12 Standing Lunges
  • 3 to 5 sets of 12 calf raises
  • 3 to 5 sets of 12 push-ups
  • 3 to 5 sets of 12 dips
  • 3 to 5 sets of bent over rows using laundry detergent
  • 3 to 5 sets of 30 second planks
  • 3 to 5 sets of 20 second side plans

Tuesday 4/7

Go for a jog/ walk depending on fitness level

Wednesday 4/8

  • Squat Jumps 12
  • Moving Planks (forearms to hands) 12
  • Lunge Jumps 10 each leg
  • Push-ups 12
  • High Knees 20-25 secs
  • Chair Dips 12
  • Shoulder Press 20 (With cans)
  • Mountain Climbers 30 (15 each leg)

2 min rest then repeat 3-5 times
