We ask that guests check in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Services begin and end on time, and will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals. All non-member appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.

To cancel an appointment without being charged, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows will be charged in full.
