Description of Classes
Armed & Dangerous: This class combines cardio with upper body resistance training. This class is perfect for someone who is short on time but wants a cardiovascular workout and a weight workout all in one. This class will use hand weights, body bars, bands, and one's own body weight. 45 min class.
Bootcamp: High-intensity boot camp style training. Exercises include upper and lower body training for an all over muscle and cardio workout. 60 min class.
Booty Barre: Cardio class with elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga. 60 min class.
Cardio Pump: This is the most maximal fat burning class ever. Cardio, muscle strength and endurance training all combined into one class. Cardio and strength exercises done simultaneously to keep your heart rate up while your muscles are taken to fatigue. Every piece of equipment could be used in one class. Extreme Benefits! 60 mins.
Cardio Step: All step with intermediate to advanced choreography. High intensity, fun and heart-pounding cardio workout. 75 min class.
Circuit Training: All athletes or wanna be athletes will love this challenging workout. A large circuit is set up to work your aerobic, anaerobic, muscular strength and endurance, and agility techniques. This class is for anyone because with a circuit you can take it at your own pace. Come play, think of it as a recess for grown ups! 60 min class.
H2O Training: Love the water? Why not work out in it? It's much more challenging than you think, but also that safest on your bones and joints. Aerobics, strengthening and flexibility all done in the water with enthusiastic music and instructors. Come see what the splash is all about! 60 min class.
Mat Pilates: Want a full body strengthening workout without using heavy weights? This is a mat system class to build strength and tone muscles without adding bulk. If you want a long, lean looking body, this is the class for you. This is a full body conditioning program that also includes increased flexibility. 60-75 min class.
Nightclub Cardio: Cardio dance party that fuses exercise with dance moves in a nightclub-like setting. It is a series of easy to follow moves set to the hottest hits across multiple music genres. 60 min class.
Plyometric Strength: 60 minutes of high-intensity cardio intervals with weight training exercises.
Rock of Ages: If you're in our senior population or a brand new to exercise, this is the perfect class for you. This is a gentle introduction into weights, strength, balance, and core training. Great Instruction! Great Fun! 45 min class.
SHAKE: Kids want to exercise too! You can drop your child off for a fitness fun and games class while you get your workout in at the same time. If you're not finished with your workout, the instructor will return your child to Kid' s World. This class is geared for kids 5 – 9 years old. 45 min class.
Spinning: Anyone can ride a bike. This is a very enthusiastic, upbeat group exercise class taught on a stationary bike. Simple instruction – lots of calories burned. Please reserve a bike and arrive early, especially if you're new – bike setup can take 10 minutes. 60 min class. Spin Core: This class is a 2 for 1 class. 30 minutes of heart pounding spinning followed by core and strength exercises. 60 min class.
Spin Mix: This is a surprise class! The instructor decides (with influence from the students) on what spin class to conquer. Come prepared for anything. 60 min class.
Xtreme Spin: Awesome Interval Training! You will get on and off the bike with resistance weight training so many times, suddenly the class is over. Very popular spin class because you get cardio and resistance training done before you know it. 60 min class.
Stretch & Roll: Class focusing on flexibility through the use of foam rollers and stretch bands, along with dynamic and static stretches. 30 min class.
Yoga: Stress reduction, relaxation techniques, balance, strength, and flexibility training. Need we say more? Very popular, very relaxing, very much needed. Please join us! 60-75 min class, the intermediate/advanced class is 90 mins.
Interval Insanity: 60 min Fully body workout with intervals of high intensity cardio and strength training.
Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
Buti Yoga: This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance and body sculpting movements
Kickboxing: 45 minute action packed workout that combines punching and kicking combos. No experience needed.
High Fitness: High intensity aerobic interval training. Alternating cardio tracks and toning tracks similar to HITT style workout, full body workout.
Strength Training: 60 minutes of weight training.
